I've done business with this place with about $8,000 spent total to date and had no problem with work or the owner. Had my Honda taken for a P0401 code and and once work was done I kept getting the same code for 8 weeks. I was told the egr valve and passages (intake upper and lower) were cleaned with my initial service and I kept taking the car back to them telling them the check engine light keeps coming back on with the same code. Even hours after they give it back to me the light would come back on. I kept taking the car back for them to troubleshoot. After no results and me spending extra money on 3 to 4 different egr valves, I went on vacation and left the car with another shop. Said shop called me on vacation and told me the egr passages were not cleaned. They sent me pics and cleaned it and when I returned I was finally able to get my car inspected. I took the car back to Eagle automotive to ask questions without anger or attitude and was told by the owner he was not going to get in a competition with me because he knew where this was going. He even told me I hadn't had the car back from the other shop long enough to see if it would pass inspection. I drove there with the registration sticker on the car. I was shocked by his response because he never had that type of response before. I was really thrown off and disappointed with his response because I'm a man first and to him I should have been a customer first. I'll never do business with this company again and I was shocked and disappointed.

Super trustworthy shop right here!! My water pump failed in my 2015 Ford Fusion causing the car to shut off and these guys had it on the lift, torn apart, and diagnosed within the first day it was there. Huge shoutout to my man Hayden as well. He kept me updated, gave me reasonable prices and had my car done within the week. He didn't just do a great job mechanically, but he also did a great job at making me feel like my car was really being taken care of properly. 10/10 would come again

Amazing service and great communication. Hayden was able to answer all my questions with very technical details and was able to send additional information in a text. Took my car in within 2 days it was fully repaired and all pictures and videos was sent. I was very impressed, reasonable price and most of all great communication again

The owner is EXTREMELY rude.Last Thursday, I dropped off my car, but on Friday, they called me to pick it up because they “couldn’t get to it.”One of the employees had given me some misinformation, so I was trying to explain to the owner that this was why I was confused by his statement. Instead of taking responsibility for his staff or providing clarification, he responded with, “I’m not going to argue with you,” and handed me my keys, essentially asking me to leave.This all happened simply because I asked if they would be able to diagnose my car today—not fix it, just diagnose it.On the bright side, the shop directly across the street - Galaxy Automotive - has much better customer service and their lobby area isn’t covered in dust, dirt and cobwebs.
